 | Sugar - 75 g |
 | Milk - 1/2 glass |
 | Dairy Cream - 1/4 glass |
 | Flour - 1 teaspoonful |
 | Rum - 1 spoonful |
Make the dough, eggs milk and sugar and bake the pancakes from this mixture. Make the puree from the ground walnuts with the milk, sugar and rum. Add the raisins and the orange cedar to the puree. Put the stuffing onto the pancakes, wrap and bake the pancakes on all sides on the dairy butter. Serve the pancakes with the chocolate gravy. For the gravy: mix the yolks with sugar and flour, add the milk and the dairy cream, warm close to the boiling point add chocolate, cocoa powder and rum.
