Curd - 250 g

Freshly Frozen Raspberry - 200 g

Yolks - 2
Starch - 50 g
Ground Nuts - 3 teaspunfuls
Sugar - 3 spoonfuls
Salt, vegetable oil

Mix the curd and two glasses of milk. Wash the lemon, shred the cedar on the shredder and add it to the curd. Squeeze the lemon juice into the mixture. Pour the sugar powder onto it. Unfreeze the raspberry. Stir the whites. Stir the dough from the starch, flour, groundnuts, yolks, salt and 200 g of milk. Carefully stir the mixture with the froth of whites.
