 | Dairy Butter - 200 g |
 | Milk - 3 glasses |
 | Salt - 3/4 spoons per person |
 | Cheese - 300 g |
Shred the cheese on the shredder. Separate the yolks from whites. Stir the yolks with milk. Add to this mixture the shredded cheese, dough and salt. Stir the whites and add the whites froth to the dough. Bake on dairy butter until formation of crust. The ready pancakes should not be too big.
